"Utilizing a play-based approach and incorporating a variety of strategies, I can improve your child’s motor skills, including pre-writing, handwriting and the ability to play confidently on and off the playground."
"I work in partnership with parents, caregivers and other allied professionals working with your child including teachers and other therapists to help tailor therapy for optimal benefit."
"My journey working with children began as a teacher of the multiple handicapped who taught me that movement and sensory experiences open the door to communication and play. I segued into assistant teaching preschoolers in Brooklyn Heights and the Upper West Side who taught me that we all influence one another's knowledge and that experience supports learning. These lessons inform my work as an OT as I facilitate a child's ability to participate fully and with confidence."
